Aged 50 years, he has a shareholding in the company, with over 22 years of experience, incredible insight and industry knowledge.

SALES DIRECTOR
Nilesh V. Shah
Aged 48 years, he has a shareholding in the company. He has over 25 years experience and has been focusing on strategic alliances and providing senior assistance within sales and account management.

TECHNICAL DIRECTOR
Kirtan V. Shah (B. Sc. Eng. (Industrial Engineering)
Aged 47 years he is the Technical Director and has a shareholding in the company. He has been instrumental in our growth since inception. An Engineering graduate by qualification, Kirtan has been associated with the engineering for over 15 years. With a keen detail on quality Kirtan continues to sharpen and hone the general and business management and human resources management functions of the company.

MARKETING DIRECTOR
Mr. Mayurkumar V. Shah (MBA)
Aged 46, he is the Marketing Director and has a shareholding in the company. He has been responsible for selling our products and their growth through out Africa. He has been responsible with developing marketing plans and reporting marketing performance to the BOD and management. Mayur has a thorough knowledge and understanding of the markets in Africa and has deep understanding of the ability to interface both technical and non-technical issues of production.

Mikul Shah - Director
Mikul joined the company on the 10th of April 2008. Mikul completed his Bachelors of Arts in Economics and Social Studies from the University of Manchester in 2006 and a Masters in Entrepreneurship at Manchester Business School. He trained in London with the Czarnikow Sugar Group for just under 1 year prior to joining Kenafric Industries Limited.

Mikul joined as a Management Trainee and has been promoted to Director with effect from December 2008. Mikul has undergone a rigorous induction to the company and has been put through a cross functional training program and is being mentored by senior Board members.
